My Story

So here we are again raising money for charity… This year I am raising money to support West Sussex Mind (mental health charity) by running 100kms from London to Brighton.

You may, or may not know that I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2018 and it took me a while to get to grips with the whole thing if I'm being honest as it put huge strains on my mental health... But one thing it has taught me is, I am who I am - embrace it - understand it and roll with it!!! 

This is a big reason why im running this for West Sussex Mind. Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. And won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

I know it's tough for a lot of people right now but even £1 will help me get closer to my target for helping this great charity.
